jonboy: After several DNFS I stopped to check on the cache while hiking in the area. It is definitely gone and I have decided not to replace it.

Geocache Description:

The ordinace removal program in this park is completed and the trails are open every day. This is a relatively short hike for such a vista.

To reach the trailhead for this climb, park in the pullover on the northbound side of Rt 9W, there is no southbound access. Follow the yellow and turquoise trail. This could be hazardous in slippery conditions, but yields splendid views.

The cache is a brown 2 qt jug and contains a snake, a dinosaur, a glow stick, a light keychain, a pocket lens magnifier, a rubber frog, a stuffed, animated bat, amulticolored pen and a roll of backpackers toilet paper.
