Winter Birthdays do not get to have cupcakes in the park with sunshine and warm weather. Help me celebrate all the winter Birthdays and each other's company at Roll up in Portage. This is a roll up ice cream shop with food too. No obligation to order but lets celebrate all the Winter Birthdays. This may be my actual Birthday.
