This cache is located in the Jo Mary Lake region of Northern Maine. Just a short ways from the Gauntlet Falls camp site.
Before going to this Cache make sure you are familiar with the Jo-Mary Kathadin Iron Works area. This is a complex maze of roads that you can get lost on. Enter at the KI or Jo Mary checkpoints. You will have to pay a fee during the summer months but the rest of the year access is free. Park at N 45.33.040 W 069.02.830. Just a short walk in from there. Afterwards go check out the falls. Pretty neat. This cache will be snowed in during the winter. If you have never been here you will really enjoy the mountainous scenery.
