Bunker B-S 3 známi taktiež ako Paseka sa nachádza v strede Pečnianského lesa. Izolovaný obojstranný pechotný zrub betónovaný 4-9.1.1937 stavebnou firmou Ing. Rudolfa Friča z Bratislavy, je napojený na káblovú studňu KS 0221 / C
B-S 3 má dve podlažia na hornom podlaží sa nachádzali strieľne, toalety, naftový agregát, sklad a čerpadlo na vodu. Na spodnom poschodí boli sklady na muníciu sklad potravín ubytovacia izba pre vojakov vzduchotechnika s dvoma filtračnými zariadeniami.
Pred bunkrom sa nachádzali priekopy aby sa nedalo dostať ku hlavniam guľometov a taktiež slúžili ako miesto na prázdne nábojnice. S guľometov sa pomocou harmonikových rúr nábojnice dostavali do priekop pred bunkrom.
Bunker B-S-3 Paseka je podobne ako bunker Mulda neudržiavaný a schátraný, Po vytopení neďalekým Dunajom bol i tento bunker uzatvorený a dá sa pozrieť len zvonku.
Najjednoduchší prístup je úzkou lesnou cestou od bunkru B-S 4 LÁNY, ktorý je sprístupnený verejnosti. S trochou snahy sa tam dá dostať aj na bicykli,
