Less than scary more than spooky! Event Cache

We would like to bring our new community together with a fun event which encourages interaction while getting out and exploring the neighborhood. This is a mixed income neighborhood with homeowners and renters and we would like to host an event that will appeal to every demographic. Meanwhile, we would love to bring traffic into the community to explore Gresham's newest city park, Mayor Charles Becker Park!
