Special Notes about this month's puzzle: Decided I've been using w3w too much this year. I parked at the given coordinates when I hid the cache. I also ran into poison oak somewhere in the park after I hid the cache; so you might want to watch out if you try for a second find afterward. There was a sign in my doctor's office that said "Beach Party", which fits the same pattern I used for the cache title.
