Evento simples "meet & greet" no Ribeira das Naus 2 Oct Sunday - para trocar um "olá!". Estas coordenadas são aproximadas e podemos alterá-las depois de chegarmos e descobrirmos uma área mais adequada na zona. Se conhecem bem a zona e quiserem sugerir um local alternativo para o encontro, acolhereremos de bom grado todas as sugestões, com coordenadas corrigidas. Embora o evento não tenha lugar num estabelecimento onde exista comida e bebida, não faltam alternativas nas proximidades.
Sou natural de Seattle e costumava trabalhar no Geocaching HQ. A Ellen é uma boa amiga da Pensilvânia. Gostaríamos de conhecer alguns geocachers que estejam por perto. Pode dar-se o caso de um ter algumas tags Lackey não ativadas para presentear aqueles que comparecerem (enquanto durar o stock).
Estaremos as duas nesta bela cidade de 2 a 4 de outubro. Depois, viajaremos para Porto, Viana do Castelo, Aveiro, Coimbra, e Sintra. Queremos a vossas recomendações para lugares imperdíveis por aí. Se tiverem recomendações de restaurantes, passeios turísticos ou de geocaching, por favor deixem aqui uma nota ou enviem-me uma mensagem privada (in English, if possible). Quais são os locais onde comer as melhores especialidades típicas? Gostamos de caminhadas, passeios ao ar livre, música ao vivo, experiências culturais, parques, vinho e comida. Caramba, nós adoramos comida saborosa, deliciosa e criativa. Tem algumas ideias e sugestões para partilhar?
Não estamos familiarizadas com as directrizes locais de saúde, mas pedimos que tenham em conta a saúde e a segurança de todos os participantes. Respeitaremos as regras locais, quaisquer que sejam, no momento deste evento. Escolhemos intencionalmente um local ao ar livre para minimizar eventuais riscos.
Please say hello at a simple "meet & greet" on Sunday 2 Oct at Ribeira das Naus. These coordinates are approximate and we may change them after we arrive and figure out where the best specific area is. There will not be food and drink provided although there is a kiosk nearby that sells snacks and beverages. Other nearby venues offer larger menus.
I am from Seattle and used to work at Geocaching Headquarters, and Ellen is good friend from Pennsylvania. We would like to meet a few geocachers from this area. I may have a few unactivated Lackey tags to gift to those who attend (while supplies last).
The two of us will be in this fine city from Oct 2 thru 4. First, we will see Porto, Viana do Castelo, Aveiro, Coimbra, and Sintra. We want your recommendations for Must See places in Lisbon. If you have restaurant or sightseeing or (gasp!) geocaching recommendations, please leave a note here or send me a private message. What's a good evening/sunset cruise to take on the Duoro? We enjoy walking, outdoor sightseeing, live music, cultural experiences, parks, wine, and food. Boy, do we looooove flavorful, delicious, creative food. Might you have ideas along those lines for us?
We also are not familiar with your local health guidelines. Please be prepared to prioritize the health and safety of all attendees. We will abide by the local guidelines, whatever they may be at the time of this event. I've intentionally chosen an outdoor location to further reduce any health risks.
