No matter your feelings on the matter, the death of Queen Elizabeth is clearly the end of an era. As we await the crowning of King Charles, and anticipate what changes may possibly come, let us raise a cup to a woman who ruled a nation for longer than most of us have been alive. Besides, it is a good reason to get-together with friends and to make new ones.
BlurryFac3 and I just recently lost our beloved Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Ireland, so this event is also a way for us to raise a glass to the wonderful years that we had with her (and you can see why we feel a kinship with Queen Elizabeth!).
Well-behaved dogs are allowed!
Children are allowed as long as they are supervised.
Food is not available at this location, but you are welcome to bring your own. You can even order food and have it delivered here!
You don't have to stay long, you don't have to buy a drink, but if you decide to attend I will be happy to see you and I will enjoy having your company.
By the way, if you are not feeling well, have any reason to believe you could be sick or just do not feel comfortable being in an indoor space with other people, it is okay not to attend.
