Welcome to Sark & its first Blue Plaque, unveiled in 2019. Mervyn Peake is perhaps best known for writing the Gormenghast trilogy, but in 1953 he published a story set on Sark, where he'd been living since 1932.
To find this cache, first visit the given co-ords & see the plaque: 19AA-19BC. Then take the titular character name from '53 (answer easily found online & probably in the Post Office too) & perhaps with the aid of your phone - and a little lateral thinking - learn D.EFGH9265...(these numbers go on literally forever. I know. Irrational, right?)
The Final is at:
N49° 2(A+H).(C-B)(B-A)(H-D)
W002° 2(D-E).G((Fx(G+G))-E)C.
This is nowhere private, overly dangerous (extra care needed due to exposed drops when windy. Children & animals under close control please!), or in the sea. If it seems to be please check your final co-ords below!
Good luck, stay safe, & please rehide the cache with care.
