Thunderbird Memorial Square - A Thunderbird is a legendary creature in the history and culture of some Indigenous nations in North America. It is considered a supernatural being of power and strength and was chosen as the City of Abbotsford's crest when the Districts of Abbotsford and Matsqui amalgamated in 1995.
