The Abbotsford GeoTour invites you to touch and taste agriculture as you explore a selection of parks, businesses, and historical centres in our community. We are proud to share our rich food culture and easy access to agriculture-related events and experiences that highlight the best of what we have to offer. Find all 15 caches, complete the passport and submit it online, and receive a trackable Geocoin (while quantities last).
Next up on the Abbotsford GeoTour is the scenic area of Downes Bowl Park. The bowl-shaped terrain is unique with a large marsh and wooden boardwalks and small bridges that cross several streams. There are a number of trails in Downes Bowl and several routes you can take to explore the area.
You are on the hunt for a plastic ammo can! This is a multistage geocache. You will start at the tunnel, where you must search for the small hidden container that has the final coordinates in it. Alternatively use a UV light inside the tunnel. Use the final coordinates to locate the ammo can and your prize!
