Let's meet at the posted coordinates at the kayak launch. We will stage a couple vehicles downriver during the event to Burnt Cabin Launch. Even if you don't plan to head down the river, please show up to see us off. We Launch at 10:00 or when all vehicles are staged and drivers have returned. It takes about 40 minutes round trip from Launch Site to Burnt Cacbin takeout. Parking at the launch site is across the road at the waypoint.
A recreation passport is needed for parking at all locations.
Float time is about 3.5 to 4 hours. With caching it may take longer. Plan Accordingly with plenty of water and food
32 kayaking caches will neeed to be removed after we launch, so bring scissors or a pocket knif to cut fishing line. Cell phone signal is spotty in the area, so create a list and download to offline data. I want to thank cosmo411, aghudley, Grizz-Rider and bgscrabble for assisting in hiding the caches back in May.
