Concurrently, the BACK of the PATTERN BOARD
shows each QUILT BLOCK 2's dowel end with its black arrow
pointing up to the number 1 in the red dot.

Your challenge is to determine
the 12 digits that the arrows
on the BACK of the PATTERN BOARD
would be pointing to if you created
a right-facing, black-fish-over-white-fish image
on the FRONT of the PATTERN BOARD.
