Mark your calendars! The 11th Annual International Geocaching Day approaches!
NEWBIES ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND. Please don't be shy or scared - come and meet the Geocaching Community. We are a great bunch and always willing to share tips and tricks with others who are new. We'll be close enough to I-95, that cachers (and non-cachers alike) from north, south, east, and west, and travelers as well, can join us for an afternoon of camaraderie. Spread the good word!!
Ever since the 2011 Geocaching Block Party, geocachers worldwide come together for a day of celebration and smilies on the third Saturday of each August. This holiday is just one of the many quirks that make the global geocaching community so endearing. Can we count you in on the 11th anniversary of this special occasion?

Today you will get an event find and a souvenir for the International Geocaching Day (plus who knows what else? Maybe some drawings, and possibly even a cache or two)
