This is a puzzle cache, there is nothing at the posted coordinates, so don't go there. If you insist of walking off the fishing pier you are going to get wet. You must solve the puzzle cache, confirm your coordinates in Certitude, and then go get the cache.
I was caching at Shelly Lake and passing the fishing pier I thought geez, I don't think I've ever built a fish puzzle. Doing a little research into the subject, I determined the reason why is because I know absolutely nothing about fish (where's Cwrfish when I need him)?
So I pretty much had decided to deep six the whole fish idea, when my better half reminded me that I really do know a lot about fish, as I've told many fishy stories over the years! She's right (as usual), so I added a necessary second step to the puzzle, and I'm finished.
