La mairie du 18e arrondissement est située place Jules-Joffrin.
Avec la création du 18e arrondissement en 1860 par l'annexion à la capitale des communes entourant Paris, la première mairie du 18e arrondissement est aménagée dans l'ancienne mairie de la commune de Montmartre, située place des Abbesses.
Le bâtiment actuel a été conçu par l'architecte Marcellin Varcollier et construit entre 1888 et 1892, puis terminé par Léon Salleron en 1905.
L'établissement comporte une aile arrière avec à chaque extrémité des portes dédiées, une à l'Est au 31 rue Hermel pour la Justice de paix et l'autre à l'Ouest au 72 rue du Mont-Cenis pour la bibliothèque municipale.

The town hall of the 18th arrondissement is located at Place Jules-Joffrin.
With the creation of the 18th arrondissement in 1860 by the annexation to the capital of the communes surrounding Paris, the first town hall of the 18th arrondissement was set up in the former town hall of the commune of Montmartre, located on Place des Abbesses.
The current building was designed by the architect Marcellin Varcollier and built between 1888 and 1892, then completed by Léon Salleron in 1905.
