The cache IS at the posted to coords, but in order to claim the smile, you must complete the challenge. The hide itself is very easy, but the challenge may take some time to accomplish. Sign any time but claim only when you meet the criteria.
For this challenge, you need to find caches in all of the counties within a given state, times 5 different states. Washington D.C. does not count as a state. Any cache types that require you to sign a log count. This is a cumulative challenge. Use the checker below to verify your qualifications.
Please note, you do not need to post the full list of caches, the first two lines show whether or not you qualify, and I can run the checker to double check if there is any question. I have found caches in all the counties in NY, DE, MD, PA, RI, VT, CT, AZ, ME, MA, NH, and NJ.
