I first saw this puzzle format on geodanimal's Word Wheel #1, so a big shout-out to geodanimal for that fine puzzle!

Each answer in this puzzle uses the six letters starting from the numbered space on the outside ring and reading inward to the center — but those six letters will appear in a scrambled order. Note that the inner circle contains two letters. It’s up to you to logically place the letters into the correct spaces so that all 24 answers can be made. After completing the wheel, enter the letters in the outer ring (1-24) into Certitude to obtain the final coordinates.

1. Yellow songbird 13. Moving swiftly
2. Mysterious and obscure 14. French waiter
3. Tusked whale 15. Coins
4. Flat, and extending infinitely 16. Empowerment
5. A missing space 17. Jewelry worn below the waist
6. Former Lyon, Mawrter, or Scottie 18. Flopped
7. Local animals 19. Gnu goats
8. Queasiness 20. Appreciation
9. Suitable and proper 21. Exceed other teams in number
10. It might be knobby or challenging 22. Tropical bird
11. Small, shallow body of water 23. Powerful Ottoman
12. “I Like Ike” 24. Display showily

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
