Geocache Description:

This is my second cache series which will (eventually) span the Mawddach Trail from Barmouth through to Dolgellau. The trail itself is 9.5miles long and is a simple, flat walk (unlike Brooks' Barmouth Bash) along the estuary. I have also placed other caches which will encourage you to stray from the main path and find some hidden gems - Mawddach Cresent and Arthog Bog, for example, and of course, encourage you to find some lovely views. This is an old railway line below the foothills of Cadair Idris with stunning scenery, wooden bridges, toll brigde and has a pub en route. Officially the trail runs from Dolgellau to Barmouth, but this series has been built up the other way around.

Thanks to Snowdonia National Park for permission.

You are looking for a 15cm tube which can be found behind the Mawddach Trail sign.
