Geocache Description:

This geocache is not located at the given coordinates, but it can be found within 2 miles of them.

I've found that there are a couple of geocachers who are actually pretty good at figuring out my puzzle cache locations even when they haven't yet been able to solve the puzzles. If you're one of those or just not a puzzle solver, here's a new challenge for you. Can you find the cache before any of the puzzle solvers can figure out the location? For this cache, you will be credited on the Solvers spreadsheet when you submit a Found It log (and have signed the log sheet in the geocache), even if you haven't submitted a correct solution to Certitude yet.

For the puzzle solvers, here's a puzzle for you, but to make sure that the Brute Forcers have a chance, I have tried to avoid making it too easy. In the cases where multiple numbers match, use the lowest number.

  • healthy.signpost.clicked
  • bordering.spoke.elegant
  • tricky.patrol.organ
  • facing.bells.filed
  • shred.somehow.greed
  • unready.waken.secret
  • invent.sands.angel
  • rational.attend.gates
  • respectful.deep.increases
  • deeply.chanting.knocked
  • healers.obeyed.losers
  • miss.brief.flute
  • caring.forced.hike
  • relating.totally.assembles
  • majestically.reloaded.pottery

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.

Special Notes about the 2022 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with Certitude. Finders will receive Top Finder points when submitting Found It logs to the cache page. All "point" scoring is arbitrary, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (unless you just want to be announced sooner at the celebration party, if one even happens in 2023, as we haven't had one for the past two years). The real challenge is to see whether I can even figure out how to create a new puzzle each month this year! To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.

Special Notes about this month's puzzle: I assume the Brute Forcers might skip these Special Notes, but in case they don't, they might want to know that I debated whether I should really have named this cache "Hill. Church. Tree." [4/1/2022] I have downgraded the difficulty rating to 4 stars from the initial 4.5 stars after an easier method (than the one I used) to find almost all of the solution was shown to me. [4/15/2022] Added a hint and changed the title so that I can incorporate the KPC2022 tag (which makes it easier to search for logs in my emails.
