This is event number 5 of the "5 events in 5 counties Day" Attend this event and you will get one card for the poker run. Attend all five events and get a bonus card at dinner. Best poker hand wins a prize.
When approached about this event, we were looking for a local restaurant to host, but we have no local restaurants big enough, so we pursued the park in town. Alas, that date is already taken, so we will return to the basics and have a cookout at the Briley Township Recreation Area. The recreation area is located off the end of Pettinger Road (Across from Freddie's) Plenty of parking. The township officials have blessed us and will provide a port-a-potty and firewood for campfire. We will set up some canopies in case of inclement weather, you know, too sunny... This also gives us room for a few fun caches.
We'll rustle up some premium chow, bring a chair and a fork.
