Tato keš je věnována známému českému géniovi Járovi Cimrmanovi. Jistě víte, že nejhlubší stopu po sobě Jára Cimrman zanechal v Liptákově. Je jí rybník Šlupka, který vznikl roku 1903 jako vedlejší pokus Cimrmanova zemědělského experimentu - metání hnoje. Ale málokdo ví, že s podobnými pokusy začal již o pár let dříve. Cimrman se roku 1901 zastavil během své cesty do Českých Budějovic v malé vesničce u města Neuhaus (Jindřichův Hradec). Na návsi se pozdravil se skupinou mladíků, kteří ji měli za úkol nově zvelebit. Cimrman se nabídl, že jim pomůže rovnoměrně rozptýlit štěrk, který tam měli chlapci na hromadě. V té době se mu už chvíli honil hlavou nápad na metání hnoje, ale ještě ho nevyzkoušel. Rozhodl se tedy, že to zkusí zatím se štěrkem, neboť ten by nemusel zanechat uprostřed obce tak smradlavý výsledek. Cimrman ovšem špatně vypočítal množství dynamitu a stalo se to samé, co se dva roky poté stane v Liptákově. Bohužel výsledek byl horší. Štěrk rozbil všechna okna na návsi a jen zázrakem se nikomu nic nestalo. Aby Cimrman situaci trochu vylepšil, navrhl, aby se z díry, která na místě vznikla, udělal rybník. Vsí ale neprotékal žádný potok, vypočítal tedy, že když každý obyvatel této vsi nalije do rybníka 24 000 litrů vody, rybník se naplní. Obyvatelé z toho nebyli vůbec nadšeni a výsledek vidíte na místě dodnes.
Pokud půjdeš kolem, nalij do rybníka trochu vody a vyfoť u toho sebe, své GPS zařízení nebo cokoliv, podle čeho poznáme, že jsi to byl ty, abychom tě mohli mít za tento velkorysý čin navždy v úctě. Protože se tu poslední dobou začaly objevovat fotky, které neobsahovaly nic spojeného s naléváním vody do rybníka, budou ode dneška (17.7.2022) logy s fotkami, na kterých nebude vidět lahev nebo jiná nádoba, mazány.
Aktuálně opravdu rybník přítok má, ale má rozbitou hráz, kterou má město Jindřichův Hradec v plánu v budoucnu opravit.
This cache is dedicated to the well-known Czech genius Jára Cimrman. Surely you know, that Jára Cimrman left the deepest trace in Liptákov. It is the Šlupka pond, which was created in 1903 as a side attempt of Cimrman's agricultural experiment - manure throwing. But only few people know, that Cimrman stopped in 1901 during his trip to Budweis in a small village near the town of Neuhaus (Jindřichův Hradec). In the village square, he greeted a group of young men, who had the task of improving it. Cimrman offered to help them spread the gravel evenly. The idea of throwing manure had been already on his mind, but he hadn't tried it yet. So he decided to try gravel for now, because it wouldn't have to leave such a stinky consequences in the middle of the village. However, Cimrman was wrong about the size of dynamite he chose, and happened the same thing, that will happen two years later in Liptákov. Unfortunately, the result was worse. The gravel shattered all the windows in the square and miraculously no one was hurt. To improve the situation, Cimrman suggested to make pond in the hole. However, no stream flowed through the village, so he calculated that if each inhabitant of this village pours 24,000 liters of water into the pond, the pond would be filled. The inhabitants were not thrilled at all and you can still see the result today.

Currently, the pond really has a tributary, but it has a broken dam, which the city of Jindřichův Hradec plans to repair in the future.
Dieser Cache ist dem bekannten tschechischen Genie Jár Cimrman gewidmet. Sicher wissen Sie, dass Jára Cimrman in Liptákov die tiefsten Spuren hinterlassen hat. Es hat den Šlupka-Teich, der 1903 als Nebenversuch von Cimrmans landwirtschaftlichem Experiment – Güllewerfen – angelegt wurde. Aber nur wenige wissen, dass Cimrman im Jahre 1901 während seiner Reise nach Budweis in einem kleinen Dorf in der Nähe der Stadt Neuhaus (Jindřichův Hradec) Halt machte. Auf dem Dorfplatz begrüßte er eine Gruppe junger Männer, die die Aufgabe hatten, den Dorfplatz wieder zu verbessern. Cimrman bot an, ihnen zu helfen, den Kies, den die Jungen auf dem Haufen hatten, gleichmäßig zu verteilen. Damals hatte er die Idee gehabt, Gülle zu werfen, aber er hatte es noch nicht versucht. Also entschied er sich erst einmal für Schotter, weil er nicht mitten im Dorf so ein stinkendes Ergebnis hinterlassen musste. Cimrman irrte sich jedoch mit der Größe des Dynamits, und dasselbe geschah zwei Jahre später in Liptákov. Leider war das Ergebnis schlechter. Der Kies zertrümmerte alle Fenster auf dem Platz und wie durch ein Wunder passierte niemandem etwas. Um die Situation etwas zu verbessern, schlug Cimrman vor, einen Teich im Loch zu schaffen. Da jedoch kein Bach durch das Dorf floss, rechnete er aus, dass sich der Teich füllen würde, wenn jeder Einwohner dieses Dorfes 24.000 Liter Wasser in den Teich goss. Die Bewohner waren überhaupt nicht begeistert und das Ergebnis kann man bis heute vor Ort sehen.
Wenn sie herumgehen, gießen sie etwas Wasser in den Teich und machen sie ein Foto von sich selbst, ihrem GPS-Gerät oder was auch immer wir wissen, dass sie es waren. Wir werden sie für diese großzügige Tat immer respektieren.
Derzeit hat der Teich wirklich einen Zufluss, aber er hat einen gebrochenen Damm, den die Stadt Jindřichův Hradec in Zukunft reparieren will.
