Es war einmal ...

Platsch, war ein fröhlicher Geist und wie Du schon vermutest einer, der gerne im Wasser spielte. Lange suchte er ein Zuhause, doch die Burgen und Schlösser mit ihren schaurigen Kellerverliesen wollten ihm nicht recht gefallen. Immer lagen sie auf Hügeln und in dunklen Wäldern, an denen es bestenfalls ein tiefes Brunnenloch zum Baden gab. Einmal traf er auf eine kundige Waldfee.

"Du musst einfach zum Rheinfall. Dort findest Du ein Zuhause im Wasser."

Doch Platsch war nicht richtig bei der Sache und hörte: "Du musst ... Reinfall ... findest ... Zuhause im Wasser."

Bevor er nachfragen konnte, war die Waldfee verschwunden. Er dachte, kein Problem, das ist so eine Art Teleportation. Ich denke an ein schönes Zuhause, falle in irgendwas mit Wasser und 'Schwups' bin ich dort. Also füllte er sich einen alten Eimer mit Wasser, stellte ihn hinter einen Ast, nahm Anlauf und ... fiel rein.

Du vermutest richtig, er war nass, aber immer noch am gleichen Ort. Aber Huiii, das machte Spass! Vielleicht müsste es mehr Wasser sein? In der Folge probierte er alles mögliche: Badewannen, Pfützen, Regenwasser, Vollmondwasser, Teichwasser, Brunnenwasser, schnell fliessendes Bachwasser, abgestandenes Wasser ... und gelangte zum Bodensee, aber auch hier half das Bad nicht. Frustriert liess er sich treiben ... bis er es rauschen hörte, mitten reinfiel, verwirbelt wurde und glücklich wieder auftauchte.

Er hatte sein Zuhause gefunden: .welch R(h)einfall.!!!

Für Logerlaubnis musst Du:

1. Reinfallen für Cacher: an den angegebenen Koordinaten den Rheinfall betreten, sodass Du nass bist, z.B. mit Füssen unter Wasser.

Optional: Du darfst Dich auch setzen, liegen etc., ein Körperteil von Dir muss aber im Wasser sein.

2. Fotobeweis: ein Foto von Dir IM Wasser mit dem Rheinfall im Hintergrund als Beweis, dass Du vor Ort warst. Der Rheinfall muss erkennbar sein. Dein Cachername ebenfalls (s. Optionen). Dein Gesicht muss hingegen nicht auf dem Foto sein, darf es aber.

Ausnahme: Als Person mit Einschränkung oder bei akuter Flachwasseraquaphobie darfst Du auch an dieser Stelle vom Ufer aus ein Foto mit dem Rheinfall machen. Damit Fotomontagen ausgeschlossen werden können: begiesse Dich in diesem Fall mit Wasser, sodass anhand der Umgebung eindeutig erkennbar ist (Spritzwasser), dass Du vor Ort warst.

Optionen: Platsch freut sich besonders über lustige, nasse, verwandte Geister! Mit Hilfe eines T-Shirts, Tuchs um die Beine oder den Kopf kann man sich entsprechend tarnen. Der Zettel mit dem Cachernamen lässt sich dann auch anheften.

Achtung: Begib Dich nicht in Gefahr! Du bist für Dein Handeln selbst verantwortlich! Carpe diem!

Erfüllst Du die Bedingungen, siehst Du Platsch lachen und es ist für Dich ein erfolgreicher "Reinfall im Rheinfall".

Once upon a time ...

Splash was a funny ghost and as you already guess, one who liked to play in the water. He looked for a long time to find a proper home. However, all the castles and palaces with their scary basement dungedons he didn't quite like. They always were situated on top of hills or in dark forests, where one could possibly find a deep well hole to take a bath. Once he met a smart forest fairy.

"You just follow the stream to the drop of water. There you'll find a spot."

But Splash was not properly listening and only heard: "You just ... drop ... water ... find a spot."

Before he could ask her anything, the forest fairy vanished. He thought, no problem, might be some kind of teleportation. I think at a nice home, drop accidently into some water, and 'whoosh' I'm there. So he filled an old bucked with water, put it behind a big branch, ran up and ... dropped into it.

You probably guess, he was wet, but still in the same place. But yeah, what a fun! Maybe he needed more water? So he tried out all kind of things: bathing tubs, puddles, rainwater, fullmoonwater, pond water, well water, fast flowing stream, brackish water ... and finally arrived at the Lake Constance. Unfortunately the bath here didn't work either. Frustrated he let himself drift away ... until he heard a rush, dropped right into it, was swirled and dived up happily.

He had found his home: .what a drop.!!!

For log-admittance you have to:

1. Drop into for cacher: at the given coordinates go into the Rheinfall, so you get wet feet.

Optional: You also can sit, swim, lay down, however one part of your body should be in the water.

2. Picture proof: take a picture of you IN THE water with the waterfall in the background as proof you really were there. The waterfall must be visible, your cacher-name too (see options). Your face doesn’t have to be on the picture, but is allowed.

Exception: as a disabled person or if you have an shallow-water-phobia you also can take a picture at the given place from the shore with the waterfall in the background. To exclude photomontage: in this case poor some water over parts of you, so it is clearly seen (wet sourrounding) that you’ve been there.

Options: Splash enjoys funny, wet, familiar ghost-pals! You can put a T-Shirt, cloth around legs or head to camouflage. There you can also pin on your cachername.

Attention: Don't put yourself in any danger! You are responsible for your actions at all times! Carpe diem!

If you meet the conditions, you'll find Splash laughing and you succeeded "Reinfall im Rheinfall".
