À Amsterdam, l'Amsterdam Area Geo organise un café-événement toutes les six semaines à 8h30 le dimanche matin. Sur la place Rembrandt! Maintenant que je suis plus souvent à Lyon le dimanche, ça me manque. Bon café, bonne troupe et toujours quelqu'un qui apporte une tarte aux pommes maison. J'ai donc cherché une alternative appropriée dans ou près de Lyon avec la même grandeur que la place Rembrandt à Amsterdam et l'ai trouvée sur l'avenue Général Brosset.
Nous serons sans doute en bonne compagnie car j'ai déjà rencontré quelques géocacheurs dans la région et ils sont sans exception gentils, serviables et sympa!
Attention : je parle néerlandais, anglais et allemand mais mon français n'est pas très bon. Désolé.
“Bakkie doen” signifie "Faire une tasse de café" en Néerlandais.

In Amsterdam, there is a 6-weekly coffee-event at 8:30 am, organized by the Amsterdam Area Geo. On the Rembrandtsquare! Now that I am back in Lyon more frequently, I’ll miss out on those. Good coffee, good company and there’s always someone who brings a homemade apple pie. So I was looking for a good alternative here in or around Lyon and I found it on the Avenue Général Brosset.
The company will undoubtedly be fine, as I already met a number of geocachers in this region and they are without exception friendly, helpful and sympathetic!
Warning: I speak Dutch, English and German, but my French is not really good.

“Bakkie doen” means “grab a coffee” in Dutch.
