Hygiene concept for participating in the event
Basis: Corona Control Ordinance Schleswig-Holstein
All participants assure that they feel healthy when taking part in the event and that they do not show any symptoms of illness.
It is not necessary to wear a mouth and nose cover (within the scope of the then applicable hygiene regulations) outdoors.
In the current version of the Corona Control Ordinance in SH, a contact list for outdoor events is no longer required.
All participants also adhere to the guidelines and measures that the event location specifies with regard to Corona.
All participants undertake to notify the event owner of any potential coronavirus infection up to 14 days after the event has taken place.
This information will of course also be treated confidentially!
At the event, trackables should, if possible, only be discoverted. If you want to exchange a trackable, please bring disinfectant with you to disinfect the TB before handing it over.
There will be no possibility of hand cleaning, disinfection, etc. Please make sure you provide the appropriate material yourself.
Participation in the event is at your own risk - if the risk of such a meeting is too great, it is better not to participate.
The distance requirement must be observed (currently 1.5 m).

Hygienekonzept für die Teilnahme am Event
Grundlage: Corona-Bekämpfungsverordnung Schleswig-Holstein
Alle Teilnehmer versichern, dass sie sich bei Teilnahme am Event gesund fühlen und keinerlei Krankheitssymptome aufweisen.
Das Tragen einer Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung (im Rahmen der dann gültigen Hygiene-Vorschriften) ist im Freien nicht nötig.
In der aktuellen Version der Coronabekämpfungsverordnung in SH ist eine Kontaktliste für Outdoor-Events nicht mehr vorgeschrieben.
Alle Teilnehmer halten sich außerdem an die Vorgaben und Maßnahmen, die die Event-Location bzgl. Corona vorgibt.
Alle Teilnehmer verpflichten sich eine potenzielle Ansteckung mit Coronaviren bis zu 14 Tagen nach Stattfinden des Events dem Eventowner mitzuteilen.
Diese Information wird selbstverständlich ebenfalls vertraulich behandelt!
Beim Event sollten Trackables, wenn möglich, nur discovert werden. Wer einen Trackable tauschen möchte, bringt bitte Desinfektionsmittel mit, um den TB vor der Übergabe zu desinfizieren.

Als Eventowner übernehme ich die Verantwortung für Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Maßnahmen vor Ort für die Dauer des Events und werde eventuelle Verstöße nicht tolerieren.
Durch Anmeldung zum Event erklären die potenziellen Teilnehmer, dass sie diese Regeln zur Kenntnis genommen haben und sie einhalten werden.
