Au détour de votre promenade faîtes une pose près des ruines de la chapelle de Saint-Riom.
Aux XIIème et XIIIème siècles, la chapelle Saint-Rion ou Saint-Riom servait de lieu de culte pour les lépreux reclus dans une maladrerie (léproserie) toute proche mais dont il ne reste aucun vestige. Le cimetière des lépreux a également disparu. A l'intérieur de la chapelle en ruines se trouvent encore un bénitier d'origine, un baptistère (auge en pierre) et une statue de Saint-Rion, moine du VIIème siècle.

In the 12th and 13th centuries, the chapel of Saint-Rion or Saint-Riom was used as a place of worship for lepers confined in a nearby leper colony (leper colony) of which there are no remains. The leper cemetery has also disappeared. Inside the chapel in ruins are still an original stoup, a baptistery (stone trough) and a statue of Saint-Rion, a 7th century monk.
