Pre-Registration is required for...
- Dinner, Seminars and "Playing Pieces" for the Saturday activities, by February 20th, 2022
- SWAG Bag purchase (even if you aren't coming), by December 31st, 2021
- T-Shirt purchase (even if you aren't coming), by January 31st, 2022
Note that you can purchase SWAG Bags or T-Shirts even if you can't make it using the registration process.
Saturday - THE MAIN EVENT
8:00 AM until 11:00 AM
- Silent Auction Drop Off
- Sign In, Event and Swag Pick-Up; Cache List Pick-up
- Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions, setup for activities aand be getting things ready for events in the afternoon. After picking up your registration packet, go out and find some caches already. We'll have some special ones for you to find and you'll find information regarding those in your registration package.
1:00 PM until 6:00 PM
Wow, only 5 hours, and we have so much for you to do on location should you choose. Take your pick of fun activities like Carnival Games, Seminars and social time. Visit the Gadget and Creative cache contest room and vote for your favorites. PLUS find yourself some treasures at our annual Silent Auction.

Michigan Geocaching Organization has also lined up several events leading up to and following the main event to enhance your Winter Social weekend experience. There will be a Thurdsday evening Early Bird event, a Friday evening Community Celebration event and a Sunday Morning farwell event.
