Selwyn Reserve is an area of forestry trees, between the road and the cliff edge.
The Reserve is named after Bishop Selwyn, who oversaw early mission activity in New Zealand and the South Pacific.
The cache is easy to reach, and is accesible from the road reserve, and thus almost a park'n'grab
(note parking closer to the gate may be easier and safer).
BYOP - bring your own pen.
Enjoy the western lookouts - we did.
