La tour In Nova (hauteur totale 56,54 m) est un projet mixte implanté au sein de la ZAC Saint-Jean Belcier. Le bâtiment se compose de deux volumes superposés, totalement indépendants et correspondant chacun à une fonction :
- le premier cube de 9 niveaux abrite 6 600 m² de bureaux ;
- le second cube se compose de 7 étages de logements, soit 30 appartements.
Le 10e étage est dédié à un jardin suspendu.
L'immeuble étant au pied du futur jardin de l'ARS, notre fils de 2.5 ans l'a baptisé "la tête de l'ars"
