It was almost exactly 5 years ago that I attended my first Tri-State Treasures event and while I'm unable to attend this year, I am so glad you're able to hold it and am tickled to be able to participate by putting out this cache in conjunction with the event. You will be seeking a magnetic key box. Please use appropriate stealth when searching, and rehide the cache exactly as you found it.
I enjoy writing and solving puzzles of all difficulty levels. It's harder than you might think to come up with puzzles that appeal to everyone. Sometimes devoted puzzlers find easy puzzles boring and unmemorable, while new or reluctant puzzlers may not find any enjoyment in something that's too tricky. Creating something that provides some entertainment value to both types of cachers can be quite a challenge. Here's hoping that this puzzle hits that exact sweet spot. A checker will not strictly be necessary, but is provided so you can update your coords easily.
