What could delight a dentist more than a mouth full of cavities? Or perhaps not, as I'm sure good dentists nowadays are more focused on prevention than treatment, so maybe I should have called this A Dentist's Accountant's Delight but that's, well, a bit of a mouthful.
Dentists have devised various numbering schemes for identifying teeth, such as the Universal Numbering System which, contrary to its name, is only used in the USA, and Europe's ISO 3950 which is used by the rest of the world. My own dentist has only ever referred to teeth by name, so maybe neither system is really universal.
While on a post-pandemic world geotour, I suffered a toothache. The first dentist I visited was Doctor Chuck Bigbucks in downtown Deep South Street, who diagnosed cavities in my:

Astounded by his quote for the fillings, I instead turned to Doctor Antoinette le Chompe in Eastern Riviera Boulevarde, figuring a European would more likely be sympathetic to the plight of an impoverished geotourist, but she spotted cavities in my:

I showed the two quotes to my caching companion, who scratched his head for a few moments before saying, "I recognise this; it's the Dentist's Code! Decrypt it and it will tell you exactly where that mouth full of cavities is."
"So how do I do that?"
"Ah, my friend, that's for you to solve, but first we have to fix that troublesome tooth. Now open wide..."
Once you find the cave mouth full of cavities, just look for the one with a filling. Depending on the ambient light, a torch isn't essential but will make your search easier.
