You have to bring your umbrella, if you want to stand under it. My dad took a shower in it! You should drive your car under it (make sure your tent is well covered).
To get credit for this cache, take a picture of yourself, standing under the falls, and post it with your log. If you have trouble taking the picture because of traffic, take a pic through the car window towards the falls, as you drive through/by.
