EN: Perseverance (nicknamed Percy) is a car-sized Mars rover designed to explore the crater Jezero on Mars as part of NASA's Mars 2020 mission. It was manufactured by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and launched on July 30th 2020. The rover successfully landed on Mars on February 18th 2021, and immediately started to send fantastic photographs from Mars surface.
The orange-and-white parachute used by Perseverance to land on Mars contained a secret message that was discovered and deciphered by Twitter users. They were puzzled to discover that the message contained some text and coordinates, which apparently pointed to a place in Zagreb, Croatia. It is possible that something is hidden there, but nobody can tell for sure yet.

HR: Perseverance (od milja nazvan Percy) je rover veličine automobila dizajniran za istraživanje kratera Jezero na Marsu u sklopu NASA-ine misije Mars na 2020-e godine. Proizveo ga je “Jet Propulsion Laboratory “ (Laboratorij za mlazni pogon), a lansiran je 30. srpnja 2020. Rover je uspješno sletio na Mars 18. veljače 2021. godine, te odmah počeo slati fotografije visoke rezolucije površine Marsa na Zemlju.
Narančasto-bijeli padobran kojim je Perseverance sletio na Mars sadržavao je tajnu poruku koju su otkrili i dešifrirali korisnici Twittera. Bili su zbunjeni kad su otkrili da poruka sadrži neki tekst i koordinate određenog mjesta u Zagrebu u Hrvatskoj. Moguće je da je na tom mjestu nešto skriveno, ali nitko to sa sigurnošću još ne može reći.
