Down by The River

Beautiful view on The Ocean

Niquetjes and Zoeklopers are looking for new locations to store a number of caches.

Today the interior of Faial is planned. From Horta we drive through Flamengos and then arrive on a very quiet road through the beautiful mountainous landscape. What a peace and quiet here and then the breathtaking view from above over the landscape to the Ocean and Pico. For Niquetjes it often means stopping and taking pictures. To take memories home and to look back on.

Via a dirt road we arrive at a bridge and a small river and now we are in the clouds. We get out and admire this beautiful quiet place. This location “Down by the River” will be a location that will be placed on the map of Geocaching.

If you stand at the bottom of the river and look under the overhanging tree, you imagine yourself in another world. With the fog it is a bit mysterious. This is a place you should see with your own eyes and dream away for a while …….

That is why Niquetjes wants to share this place with you and wishes you lots of Geocache Fun. Photos are always welcome.

Descer pelo rio

Niquetjes e Zoeklopers estão procurando novos locais para armazenar vários caches.

Hoje o interior do Faial está planeado. Da Horta passamos por Flamengos e depois chegamos por uma estrada muito tranquila através da bela paisagem montanhosa. Que paz e sossego aqui e depois a vista deslumbrante de cima sobre a paisagem para o Oceano e o Pico. Para Niquetjes, geralmente significa parar e tirar fotos. Para levar memórias para casa e olhar para trás.

Por uma estrada de terra chegamos a uma ponte e um pequeno rio e agora estamos no nevoeiro. Saímos e admiramos este lindo lugar tranquilo. Este local “Down by the River” será um local que será colocado no mapa de Geocaching.

Se você ficar no fundo do rio e olhar sob a árvore pendente, você se imagina em outro mundo. Com o nevoeiro é um pouco misterioso. Este é um lugar que você deve ver com seus próprios olhos e sonhar por um tempo …….

É por isso que Niquetjes quer compartilhar este lugar com você e lhe deseja muita Diversão Geocache. Fotos são sempre bem vindas.
