Vickers Wellington T2834 was lost when it struck high ground during a night training flight in the early hours of 20 April 1942.
The plane was flying from nearby RAF Cranwell and hit the high ground behind the North Rauceby vicarage.
Henry Rath was from Canada and Karl Miegel hailed from Australia. Both are buried in St Andrew's churchyard, Cranwell.
The memorial was dedicated in 2015 by the Padre from RAF Cranwell.
