Don't park on the highway! Just south of GZ there is a driveway leading to a carpark, which is accessible by Northbound and Southbound traffic. As with most cemeteries, the authorities request you don't enter between sunset and sunrise. Please be respectful of the area - you don't need to search near any actual graves to find this cache.
I must have driven down this road hundreds of times over the last 25 years or so, but until now I have never noticed there is a cemetery tucked away here. So, today we stopped and placed a traditional cache.
At the time of placement there was evidence of the devastating bushfires which came through this area in early 2020. However the surviving trees have green growth emerging on their trunks and branches. It doesn't look like the gravestones were affected.
