At the entrance of the village of Serooskerke you will find an old chestnut tree. It is not exactly known how old this tree is, but it survived the inundation of Walcheren (1944). The image of the tree is beautifull in summer aswel in winter.
Bij binnenkomst in het dorp Serooskerke kun je een oude kastanjeboom vinden. Het is niet bekend hoe oud de boom precies is, maar hij heeft de inundatie van Walcheren (1944) overleefd. Zowel in de winter als in de zomer is het een mooi plaatje.
