Mount Braunsberg, located in the Austrian town of Hainburg, is one of three Celtic forts located in the area of ​​the so-called Hungarian Gate. This distinctive, 376-meter-high, lonely hill will notice every visitor passing through this picturesque Austrian town, which is located nearby. At the top, your eyes will be attracted from afar by the reconstructed part of the palisade and the watchtower. Important Slovak archaeologists are also involved in building the reconstruction of the fortifications. Only less than 2 kilometers northeast of Braunsberg, the Devín fortified settlement stood out in the La Tène period. The third - the most important fortified settlement at that time was the townhouse on the Bratislava castle hill and sub-castle, which probably had a central function. It is believed that the fortified settlements built the Celtic Bój tribe 2000 years ago.

Hora Braunsberg, ležiaca v rakúskom mestečku Hainburg, je jedným z troch keltských hradísk, ktoré sa nachádzajú v oblasti tzv. Uhorskej brány. Tento výrazný, 376 metrov vysoký osamotený vrch si všimne každý návštevník, ktorý prechádza cez toto malebné rakúske mestečko nachádzajúce sa v bezprostrednej blízkosti Bratislavy. Na jeho vrchole Váš zrak už z diaľky upúta zrekonštruovaná časť palisády a strážnej veže. Na budovaní rekonštrukcie opevnenia sa podieľali aj významní slovenskí archeológovia. Iba necelé 2 kilometre severovýchodne od Braunsbergu sa v laténskej dobe vypínalo hradisko Devín. Tretím – najvýznamnejším hradiskom v tej dobe bolo oppidum na bratislavskom hradnom návrší a podhradí, ktoré malo zrejme centrálnu funkciu. Predpokladá sa, že hradiská pred 2000 rokmi vybudoval keltský kmeň Bójov.
