Estrella was small, dehydrated, full of parasites and according to the vet at the point of dying, when we heard her crying outside the house underneath the bushes.
That's how our story of friendship began. Soon we found a place for her little sister but she, being the weakest puppy, stayed ... and stayed ... and stayed with us.
We had her dewormed, vaccinated and sterilised until we became such good friends that we tried to take her to Europe. We fought a lot until many people told us that they want to be our puppies. ;-)
Here in this house, our "Estrellita" found a very loving home. We are eternally grateful to our friends! With her we left a piece of our hearts and a dear family member in Bolivia.
And how are we going to fill the city with geocaches and not dedicate one to our dog?
If you come to that house and you like animals, please bring her something to play: a stick, a cork from your last bottle of wine, a short rope... she likes to play a lot, as she is still a puppy.
Also, as the box is a piggy bank, you could leave a small coin from your country - only if you want to carry less luggage on your trip ;-) (Did I mention that paper bills also weigh a lot? Hahaha ... just kidding.)
We'll be back, that's for sure.
This home also serves as accommodation (you will find it on booking under Ajayu Sucre). We liked it so much that we stayed for a month in total. ;-)
However, you are welcome to just ring the bell an the door and ask for the box! The owners are very nice people and are used to foreigners as this is a hostel.

Estrella era chiquitita, deshidratada, llena de parasitos y al punto de morir segun la veterinaria, cuando la encontramos junto con su hermanita afuera de la puerta llorando debajo de los abastos.
Asi empezó nuestra historia de amistad. Pronto encontramos un lugar para su hermanita pero ella, siendo la cachorra mas debil se quedó ... y se quedó ... y se quedó con nosotros. La hemos hecho deparasitar, vacunar, esterilizar hasta que nos hizimos tan amigos que tratamos de llevarla a Europa. Luchamos mucho hasta que mucha gente nos contó que desean ser nuestros perritos. ;-)
Aqui en esta casa nuestra Estrellita se encontró un hogar muy cariñoso. Estamos agradecidos eternamente a nuestros amigos!! Aqui se quedó una parte de nuestros corazones.
Y como vamos a llenar la ciudad con geocaches y no dedicar uno a nuestra perrita?
Si llegas a esa casa y te gustan los animales, porfa podrias llevarla algo para jugar: un palito, un corcho de tu ultima botella de vino, una cuerda corta ... le gusta jugar mucho como todavia es cachorra.
Tambien, como la caja es un caja de ahoros, podrias dejar una moneda chiquitita de tu pais.
Vamos a volver, eso es seguro.
El hogar tambien sirve como alojamiento (lo encuentras por Ajayu Sucre en booking). A nosotros nos ha gustado tanto que nos quedamos un mes en total. ;-)
Sin embargo estas bienvenido de tocar el timbre durante el dia y pedir la caja para firmar no mas!! Son todos muy amables!!
