The cache is NOT located at the given coordinates (which are in the middle of train tracks). Solve the puzzle below to determine the actual cache coordinates.
This month's puzzle is probably easier than Difficulty 4, if my recent lack of success on D3 and D3.5 puzzles is any measure of the current state of puzzle rating. Once again, I came up with a puzzle after running across a chart in a magazine. Remember, the cache is not located at the given coordinates.

Special Notes about the 2020 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with Certitude. Finders will receive Top Finder points when submitting Found It logs to the cache page. All "point" scoring is arbitrary, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (unless you just want to be announced sooner at the celebration party, if one even happens in 2021). The real challenge is to see whether I will have enough time to create a puzzle each month this year! To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.
Special Notes about this month's puzzle: Probably would be more appropriately named Soldiers of Fortune, but that title didn't sound as good to me. Not my favorite hiding spot, but the cemetery isn't always open, and another cache prevented me from hiding it closer. This cache had a souvenir for the FTF. One of the finders noticed that there is poison oak in the area. Make sure to approach the cache from the back to avoid the poison oak.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
