Team Idrija 2020 vas v soboto, 22. 08. 2020 ob 14.00 (dogodek traja do 15.00) vabi na izmenjavo sledljivčkov (TravelBugs, Geocoing, itd) ter geolovskih vtisov z dopusta ob (opcijski) porciji pristnih idrijskih žlikrofov. Na isti dan se v bližini odvija tudi kulinarični dan namenjen tej idrijski jedi.

Team Idrija 2020 invites you on Saturday, the 22th of August 2020 at 2.00 pm (the event ends at 3.00 pm), on a TB/GC and geocaching holiday experience exchange with (optional) idrijski žlikrofi as the main dish. On the same day, near us, there is a culinary "day" dedicated to this idrian specialty.

Pri žlikrofih gre za značilno oblikovano narodno jed, pripravljeno iz s krompirjevim nadevom polnjenega testa. Uvrščamo jih v krovno kategorijo polnjenih testenin – je pa res, da se od drugih testenin zelo razlikujejo po obliki, specifičnem nadevu in načinu izdelave. So glavna kulinarična specialiteta na Idrijsko-Cerkljanskem, izdelava žlikrofov, ki si prislužijo uradni certifikat Zaščitena tradicionalna posebnost, pa ni prav nič preprosta, saj poteka v kar devetih skrbno definiranih stopnjah.

Dobimo se v soboto, 22. avgusta 2020 ob 14.00 v MEJCI. Dogodek bo uradno trajal do 15.00.
