During our travels in spring of 2020, we were finding many TB's that have been stranded for sometimes over a year. We decided to put a TB Hotel here, right off busy route 9 to help them get moving, and it is very close to home so that we can keep an eye on it. The cache is at the very beginning of the Manahan park road, there is a pulloff right by the cache, within 100". Lots of traffic in and out of here during the warmer months, it is the public boat launch for Pierce Lake, and there is a town beach here. It is also a popular dog walking place. They plow the road to the boat launch in winter, and a snowmobile trail runs along side the cache and the road, it should be winter accessible.
