Hey! My name is Abbie A. and this place is a beautiful vantage point to see Lake Erie!
Just like my sister (Callie A.) my parents named me after a remarkable person in History; Abigail Becker (Patron Sainte of Port Rowan - this is where my father taught kindergarten the year we arrived). Abigail use to watch from the shoreline like this location during rough storms on Lake Erie back in the day and go into the water (dispite not being able to swim) and bring them ashore to safety!
On a side note my sisters name story is slighty simular to mine as we are identical twins, she is named after Calipso the Greek Sea Nympth that feel in love with a human and saved him during a bad storm. Sea Nympths are not supposed to help humans, but Calipso fell in love at first sight and changed that around quickly.
I love to draw and one of these days you will find me sitting her with an easle I am sure, painting this beautiful scene one summer day.
