Come and join South Derbyshire Geocaching and Castleton Park Community to help clean up our streets on 29 March 2020 as part of the Great British Spring Clean
Meet outside Gresleydale Healthcare Centre at 10.30am. Coordinates for meet up N52° 45.622' W001° 34.763'
Come and spend a couple of hours helping to ensure that the estate is clean and tidy. Help to educate children (& adults) about the anti-social nature of littering. Less litter = less public money spent collecting it, meaning it can be spent on other things.
We are really pleased to have some local support too:
- South Derbyshire District Council will provide the equipment and pick up the bags afterwards
- The local public house will allow us to use their toilets and provide refreshments at the end
- Please ask for details of vouchers for a hot drink on the way round/afterwards
We just need the sun to shine and you lovely volunteers to help out.
