The October event will be held at The Watermill in Dorking. There is plenty of parking in the car-park in front of the pub.
And as it will be just 5 days before my birthday I arranged with the pub that there will be a cake....
The pub has asked me to give them an idea of the number of people attending and their food requirements a week in advance. Please could you give indication of whether you will be eating or not in your 'Will Attend' log.
If you have never been to an event before, you are more than welcome and it will be lovely to meet you. You don't have to be from Surrey, any county, any country - the more the merrier! It's a great way to meet fellow cachers and share caching stories over a glass or two - maybe even pick up some hints for those elusive puzzles! And there will be the normal opportunity to swap and discover Travel Bugs and Geocoins.

The Surrey events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex and Hampshire meets and are nominally held on the fourth Thursday of every month. They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Surrey. We are constantly looking for fresh volunteers to host events in different parts of the county.
