Event: This event is to solve mystery caches that are a mystery to solve! Perhaps if we brainstorm ideas then we could solve some as a group. The idea is NOT to tell one another what the coordinates are, but to give a hint on how to solve it. If there are some that we all have not solved, then throw about ideas, suggestions, brainstorm!
I have a huge pile of mystery caches that I have no idea how to solve, but I have solved and found 450+, and 100+ still to find! Many are jigsaw and challenge caches. I am not an expert, far from it!
Any mystery cache by any CO, will be looked at. Captain Slogg suggested that each attendee adds a geocode for a cache they would like help with in solving in their 'will attend log', so we could all look at it in advance and offer assistance in how to proceed. This will only work if your 'will attend log' is posted in time for others to look at your selection and not an hour or less before the event!
So far we have had 16 CO's attend 5 meetings! Anyone welcome, beginners or seasoned catchers. Put your thinking caps on and attend.
Venue is dog friendly, except the restaurant, wheelchair accessible, but there are a few steps when entering from the outdoor seating area, but OK from the street. Event will be held in the coffee / tea room at the front, but if the weather is very warm we will be in the outdoor area.
