When I go out geocaching for the day, I’m usually looking somewhere for a coffee and a bite to eat. I thought that it would be be a good idea to hold an event when I know that there is somewhere decent for a chat as well. I came across the the Elk Coffee Shop in The Causeway, Burwell, a few weeks ago. The coffee and selection of cakes and toasties is excellent.
Why not come and join me. There will be a logbook and a TB tin in case I have any for discovery and swapping. Come and sign the log, swap TB's, chat, and have a drink or snack (optional).
There are some parking spaces in Newnham Lane or nearby, on-street on The Causeway. When I was here a few weeks ago, I was told that the landlord of The Fox PH down the road allows customers of the coffee shop to park there.
