Community Celebration Event
SHOW & TELL - Geocoins & TBs
Friday, 18th NOVEMBER 2022
7.15-9.15PM
Do you have a Geocoin, Travel tag, Name tag, Personalised Tokens or a Travel Buddy with it's own TB?
Have you been buying Geocoins at events and have got them in a bag, stored carefully?
Have you purchased event Tshirts/Hoodies/clothing with TB codes on them?
Here is your opportunity to pull them out, dust them off and display them!
On Friday, 18th November, we gather at the venue - Bill Vanina Pavilion, from 7.15pm till 9.15pm, where there will be trestle tables for you to display your prized possessions and share the story associated with each TB that you own.
If you dont have these prized possessions, that's ok too! Just come with a smile to meet and discover TBs and stories of the TB owners.
In your log, please confirm
- Number of Attendees (eg: [2] in attendance)
- If you would like space for displaying your collection (eg: [Table request: YES])
For those attendees, who are displaying their TBs & Coins, please note the below:
- To avoid your prized possessions being touched, CO recommends that you place a printout of your TB/Geocoin codes on A4 sized sheets for easy discovery (please use font size 16 for each code, so that it's easy to scan)
- You are permitted to make your table decor as inviting and beautiful with centre pieces, table cloths, etc.
- This is a casual event and tables will be provided but not allocated. First come, First serve for table space.
- You are responsible for your own trackables and geocoins. The CO has no liability for any losses experienced at the event.
- To assist with the venue hire cost, the CO will accept any gold coin donations offered by any attendee.
Venue rules:
- No smoking at the premises
- No pets permitted inside venue, unless it is a trained assistance pet.
Special thanks to Yin~Yang for the venue
