This used to be the first Augmented Reality geocache in Montgomery County. It was made in the "HP Reveal" app that unfortunately went out of business on 2020-01-08. The original AR_ cache has to be archived, but we can still relive the AR experience without using the app.
Cache is not at posted coordinates. You should get off the bus at posted coordinates, walk east, and enjoy the beautiful scenery around the lake.
To find out where the cache is, you do NOT need the "HP Reveal" app. Instead,
- Open a screencast of the AR experience.
- Wait for the following image to appear in the video:
- You'll see the final coordinates.
If you have found the original AR cache, you must re-visit the lake before claiming a find on this cache listing.
