It's St Patrick's Day! I'm told it's a public holiday in Ireland (yea!), and I just so happen to be visiting from Canada.
Hopefully you'll be able to join me for a quick meet & greet event. I've chosen a time early enough (I hope) to avoid any crowds coming down for the parade. Locals - please let me know if I need to adjust the place or time.
I'll be under the bridge arch/at the base of the Ha'penny Bridge closest to Wellington Quay. If it's lashing down, I'll be across the street under the Merchant Arch. At least I hope that's an arch (it seems so from Google maps). I'd suggest meeting at Starbucks (at Crampton Quay) instead (in case of rain), but I have no idea if it will be open or not...maybe a local could let me know?
I'll likely be in green (it is St Patrick's day after all!), but will try for a hint of red or something Canadian like a small maple leaf flag. I'll also be holding a pen & logbook, so look out for that (assuming it's not raining...otherwise, I'll be holding the same under cover of the arch).
